How to make a pillow dress easily for your baby or a doll?

Make a pattern : which design I want to use. I separate every part pattern. Then it will be easy to cut fabric for me.

Lay out your fabric with a flat surface: I lay this fabric on my floor, so its a cost free item.
Lay your pattern top to the fabric.
Pin this dress upon your dress: you can attach it with a pin for not moving.
